Everything! All the details were perfect, friendly staff, great price for this quality and location! We had the room overlooking a small canal, beautiful!

The wifi signal wasn't very good

The location was very central, just next door to Museums and the vaporetto stop at St Marks. Had nice dainties at Redentore, located just next door to the hotel. I truly enjoyed the room with excellant breakfast.

The location, 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square. Very clean, varied and excellent breakfast, the room is well furnished in Venetian style.

The time indicated for check-in was at 13.00 but on our arrival (13.30) we were asked to wait another half hour; so we got the room one hour later.

The location was excellent, just steps from key attractions, and the rooftop deck provided a refreshing atmosphere to unwind. The room size felt a bit cramped for comfort, and I experienced some noise disturbances during the evening from the street below. It's a good choice for those wanting easy access to the city with a pleasant common area to relax.

I liked the fact that while staying in a three star property I felt like being in a four star. Excellent and rich breakfast; clean room; excellent location.

pleasant stay with minor quirks

The front desk staff was superb with their warm welcome and thoughtful gestures for our special occasion.

The view from the room did not live up to its potential.

This is a hotel with 2 faces: 1- the first room that was assigned to us was really distressing, about 9 square meters, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. 2- the second that was assigned after our protests was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. Of course, I preferred to review the second one. Good breakfast.

... I don't like carpets in hotels... wifi wasn't excellent, but it's ok!

I appreciated the charming old-fashioned touches in the lobby, like the vintage helmets and suits of armor. The hotel's accessibility was excellent.

Rooms were very small and dingy - looked like they badly needed a re-do. Elevator service only from first floor - needed to carry luggage up one floor to get to elevator

the room was good sized and extremely pleasant and had a marble bathroom.
